THE NETWORK OF JOINING HANDS AGAINST POVERTY PERU IS BEGINNING A PROJECT ENTITLED "THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS OF SMALL PRODUCERS OF CRAFTS IN THE MANTARO VALLEY OF PERU" IT IS COOPERATING WITH FONCODES AND THEIR OBJECTIVES OF FIGHTING POVERTY.
The goal of the project is to promote and increase economic income by the sale of crafts in the poor areas of the Junin region that are dedicated to this area of production. Focus will especially be in the zones of Hualhaua, Copca, Quilcas, Cochas, Saños Chico y Ancasmayo-Ahuac.
It will benefit 66 Craftsmen in the commercial chain and respect the basic criteria of Fair trade.
